Digital Services Terms of Use

All digital services offered by the BC are available in the service charter . Users of the BC's digital services are guaranteed the rights provided for by the LGPD and other legislation that establishes appropriate treatment of information protected by some type of confidentiality.

When using the services, in order to safeguard and protect the rights of third parties, the user undertakes to provide only his/her personal data or that of his/her representatives, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The login and password may only be used by the registered user. The user undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the password, which is personal and non-transferable, and to keep their registration information up to date.

In the event of non-compliance with any rule or the practice of activities contrary to the PPTU or applicable legislation, the BC may adopt procedures to identify the offending user and prevent such conduct through applicable legal and administrative measures.

Furthermore, the BC is not responsible for the security of user information when accessing third-party websites from links contained in its digital channels.

Content Reproduction

Total or partial reproduction of the content of the BC website and digital services is permitted, preserving the integrity of the information and citing the source.

It is also authorized to insert links to the BC website on other websites . However , this institution reserves the right to change the layout of the information on the website whenever necessary, without notice .

It should be noted that the BC logos are the property of this institution. The logos may only be used by third parties with authorization, including in links with associated images.

BC is not responsible for any loss resulting from the incorrect or inappropriate use of the information contained on the website and digital services.

The names of companies, products and technologies mentioned on the website and digital services may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Dispute resolution

The Federal Court, Judicial Section of the Federal District, is competent to resolve conflicts arising from this Policy.
